​My go to lipstick shade, perfect for day and night wear!
A beautiful deep burgundy with a hint of red with an amplified crème finish. An opaque shade which means quick and easy application. I teamed it up  perfectly with NYX lip liner in the shade 809 Mahogany (see below for details) to bring out the deep berry colour. Dark Side feels really smooth and applied evenly on the lips. It lasts for a good four to five hours with a subtle stain remaining as it fades.
A great neutral shade which can suit any time of the day.. From the office, night-out or when I'm running errands. It really can be worn just about everywhere.

​I love this limited edition, deep plum and very seductive shade! The luxury purple is timeless, effortless to wear and is suited to the current season. Own The Look is a matte lipstick which has intense colour with a semi-mette velvety finish. I used NYX lip liner in the shade 809 Mahogany as an outline to really bring out the dark burgundy tone. I also team it up with MAC lip liner Magenta to bring out a more bright and vibrant plum shade.
Own The Look feels very creamy and moisturising with a glide on application, without the cakey and drying results. A must have for a more dramatic effect.

​This is my go-to lip liner. I wear it under lipstick or even on its own, it has a beautiful natural brown colour. It goes perfectly with my MAC Dark Side & MAC Own The Look lipstick!
Sometimes lip pencils can be very dry and drag on the lips upon application but this glides on fairly well making it good quality for a budget price. It doesn’t leave lips feeling dry however I do suggest possibly exfoliating lips and using a little lip balm before use to avoid flakes or imperfections. A great choice for those on a budget who want to add depth and sophistication to a dark red lip!
